An ode to my favorite vegetable.

If you go grocery shopping today...get yourself some Brussels Sprouts.  They are so delicious.  They look cool, they taste good, and they are good for you.  You can steam them, sautee them, roast them, chop them up for a is a very versitile vegetable. 

I normally either steam or roast mine but here's some other ways you can cook em' up.  Make them this weekend!!!!!


450 degrees for about 15-20 minutes

Sauteed Brussels with or without the bacon...hopefully without:)
